Inspect
Correction uses controlled abrasion to refine defects in the clear coat. It removes material; it is not a harmless reset that can be repeated indefinitely. Lighting, history, paint measurement and a test area inform the approach.
Refine
Not every scratch can safely disappear. A mark that reaches deeply through the clear coat may need repair rather than stronger polishing. Edges, repainted areas and thin paint need particular caution.
Protect
Agree a realistic scope before work begins. A conservative improvement with clear aftercare is often a better decision than chasing every visible defect. Protection does not reverse unsafe material removal.
